چکیده

The current investigation addresses the alternating electrical properties, electrochemical characteristics on biopolymer as Withania somnifera leaf extract incorporated sodium alginate [WLISA] polymer film prepared by solution casting method. Some crystallinity along with amorphous nature of emerged due to incorporation [WSLE]. Two absorption maximum (λmax) were obtained for both WLISA and WSLE samples in UV–Vis spectrum. blue, green, red emission weak blue are studied PL analysis. more amount strain that occurred crystallization provides broaden peak X-ray diffraction pattern. With aid guluronic mannuronic acids making hydroxyl bond formation cross-linking process can be analyzed from Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. EDAX analysis showed chemical composition WSLE. At room temperature, 5 ml has demonstrated highest ionic conductivity typical value 2.80 × 10–6 S/Cm. window is range − 0.4 V suggesting used an electrolyte supercapacitor applications.

Amelioration of Isoproterenol-Induced Oxidative Damage in Rat Myocardium by Withania somnifera Leaf Extract

We investigated the protective role of Withania somnifera leaf extract (WSLEt) on isoproterenol- (ISO-) induced myocardial infarction (MI) in rats. Subcutaneous injection of ISO (85 mg/kg body weight (b.w.)) administered to rats for two consecutive days caused a significant increase in cardiac troponin I (cTnI) levels and serum lipid profiles, as well as the activities of some marker enzymes. I...
